Signature Leisure, Inc. announced that Revenge Designs, LLC and Southern Cosmetics, Inc. completed a reverse merger transaction whereby Revenge’s business assets and operations are now within the public company Southern Cosmetics, Inc. that trades under the symbol SHCM. In Fall 2007, Signature increased the company’s ownership percentage in Revenge Designs, LLC from 25% to 40%....
